With over 20 years of in house wafer drying background, APET manufactures world-class STG Dryers using licensed Marangoni technology and many of our own proprietary (some patented) features. We have a respectable installed base of over 600 dryers in the field. These dryers are available as standalone tools or they can be integrated by our expert staff.
